Approch uses your location to:

• Show you people nearby
• Calculate approximate distances between users
• Your exact location is never shared with other users; others only see an approximate distance
• You can turn off location access in your device or browser settings at any time

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

• With other users as part of the service (for example your profile and messages)
• With service providers who help us operate the app (hosting, authentication, storage and notifications)
• When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of others

• Control your visibility and discovery settings, or go invisible
• Block or report other users inside the app
• Delete your account and data permanently from inside the app, or as described on our account deletion page

• Regular security assessments and monitoring

07Children

Approch is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we close the account and remove related data.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Approch after changes means you accept the updated policy.
